Cancellation Policy – Dune Camp
Event Cancellation.
In the event that Event is unable to operate, in the sole determination of Management, whether due to Acts of God, force majeure, pandemic, epidemic, terrorism, war, illness, public safety, strike, civil commotion, picketing, fire or state of emergency, or by reason of any other occurrence not under the control of Management, or otherwise, Management may cancel, postpone or terminate Event, the Exhibitor waives any and all claims the Exhibitor may have against Management for damages or expenses and agrees to accept in complete settlement and discharge of all claims, a refund of the Exhibitor’s booth registration fee.
Refund Policy ;
Guest will have to inform the cancellation of the booking that must be be provided 30 days prior to the scheduled event to receive a full refund of deposit. The payment will be entirely refunded and guaranteed by the organization minus (-) 10% of payments fees& taxes. Failure to provide adequate notice of cancellation to the registered business email info@dune-camp.it will result in forfeiture of the deposit in full.
Age Policy;
Dune Camp is a private 21+ event by invitation only. Guest that don't comply with the minimum age requirement will not be allowed to enter. If, during the check-out, guest confirm their age through the confirmation box and fail to comply, they will be held liable. This will automatically result in a NO REFUND by Dune Camp.
